In 2020 Segal McCambridge launched a women’s initiative, kicking off a three-pronged program to improve retention and elevation of female attorneys within the firm.
The educational prong, which is open to all Segal McCambridge attorneys, features speakers on professional development issues including business development, the path to partnership and improving productivity.
Mentor pairings give female associates regular access to insights and opportunities from senior female shareholders in markets outside their home base.
The networking prong organizes events for the firm’s female attorneys to connect with each other as well as with leading women in the legal field.
