Abigail focuses her practice on Michigan no-fault insurance and premises liability cases. She uses her experience in drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and reports in all stages of the litigation and appellate process. She believes attention to detail with timely preparation is the best way to approach trial.
Abigail earned her J.D. from Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia, with certificates in both advocacy and appellate advocacy. Her J.D. studies were completed through the William S. Richardson School of Law in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she studied the constitutional rights of territories of the United States.
While in law school, Abigail competed in the 2021 Transatlantic Negotiation Competition, winning the Best Teamwork award for the United States. She was elected chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and secretary of the Moot Court Board. She competed in moot court competitions and was a member of the Military Law Society, Christian Legal Society and Women’s Law Society.
Abigail holds a B.A. in business administration and a B.B.A. in social entrepreneurship, summa cum laude, from Rochester University in Michigan. She earned A.A.S. and A.G.S. degrees from Macomb Community College in Michigan.
Abigail joined the firm in 2019 as a law clerk where she focused on trial preparation and alternative dispute resolution measures. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a paralegal and billing clerk where she drafted motions, compiled medical chronologies and investigated accident claims.
In her free time, Abigail enjoys exploring the state of Michigan.
