Aerial Henderson is a skilled and passionate litigator concentrating her practice in toxic tort litigation. Her extensive prosecutorial experience gives clients a unique window into trials and the inner workings of the legal system.
Clients turn to Aerial for her innovative and effective skills managing cases. She utilizes her extensive trial and motion practice experience to leverage wins on their behalf, prioritizing each client’s needs and ensuring that their complex disputes are resolved in a timely manner.
Prior to joining the firm, Aerial managed and prosecuted a high-volume caseload as an assistant’s state attorney at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. She also served as a law clerk at a personal injury firm and a general practice firm.
She earned her J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law where she was associate editor of the DePaul Law Review and served as vice president of the Black Law Student Association. She received the CALI Award for trial advocacy and the Dean’s Student Service Award.
Aerial holds a B.A. in criminal justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago. While earning her B.A., she was a recruiter for an international recruitment firm.
Aerial is active in her community, tutoring for the Minority Legal Education Resources and also serving as a mentor for Ladies of Virtue. In her free time, she enjoys cycling and traveling.
