Amerra Bukhari focuses her legal practice on premises liability and sports, recreation, and entertainment. Employing her adept skills in legal research, drafting and case management, she consistently achieves positive results for her clients.

Prior to joining the firm, she was a legal intern at the Richmond County District Attorney’ s Office where she conducted legal research, drafted legal documents, attended virtual court hearings, assisted the attorney in trial preparation and interviews, prepared documents for discovery and performed administrative tasks as needed.

Amerra earned her J.D. from Touro Law Center. During law school, she worked at the Child Support Mediation Clinic and held leadership positions in various organizations such Student Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association, Employment and Labor Society, Family Law and Asian American Law Students Association.

She holds a B.A. in English and double minor in gender studies and philosophy from CUNY – John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Amerra immigrated from Pakistan at the age of eight. Since then, she has been residing in New York City with her large family. In her down time, she likes reading fantasy novels, spending quality time with her family and cooking/baking.
