Benjamin Craig concentrates his practice in Michigan No-Fault Law, specifically first-party PIP and UM/UIM claims along with third-party practice. He is deft at managing a large case load and applies skills in research and analysis to achieve optimal results for his clients.
In addition, Benjamin has extensive experience working with clients on both first-party and provider fraud. Clients turn to Benjamin for his innovative and effective skills managing this complex area of Michigan No-Fault Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin served as an associate at a litigation firm handling no-fault, fraud and personal injury matters. He has also previously served as an associate at several nationally recognized litigation firms handling no-fault, workers compensation and probate litigation matters.
Benjamin earned his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law and holds a B.S. in law and economics with minors in political science, legal studies and economics from Central Michigan University.
Benjamin lives in metro Detroit with his wife, Brittany, and daughter, Brooklynn. He is an avid movie-goer and an amateur bodybuilder.
