Daniel Corley is a litigator focusing his practice on first-party insurance defense, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation arising out of a broad range of commercial and personal lines claims.

With experience in all stages of trial preparation defending breach of contract, bad faith and extra-contractual claims, Daniel is proficient in finding successful resolutions for clients in a variety of formats, from pre-suit claims consultation to motion drafting.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as an associate at a boutique Texas-based litigation firm where he defended appraisal districts throughout the state in a variety of property tax disputes.

Daniel received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. He holds a B.S.B.A in economics from Samford University.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with his wife and two dachshunds.
