Daniel Vizcarrondo concentrates his practice in commercial defense litigation. He is adept at handling all aspects of the litigation process, applying drafting, research, arbitration and negotiation skills to achieve optimal results for his clients.
In addition, Daniel has extensive experience handling a variety of financial and securities litigation matters, which lends a unique perspective and set of abilities to his work.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served as an attorney advisor to the U.S. Small Business Administration and as an associate handling litigation matters for a well-known New York insurance company. He has also served as a legal and compliance associate for a number of international investment firms.
Daniel earned his J.D. from the Brooklyn Law School. While attending law school, he interned for a number of notable financial institutions and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. He was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association and participated in moot court as a team member and coach.
He holds a B.S. in legal studies with a minor in business administration from St. John’s University.
Daniel lives in Long Island, New York with his family. Out of the office, he enjoys an active lifestyle as well as contributing to charitable causes and following his favorite local sports teams.
