Eve Chowdhury concentrates her practice in the areas of sports, recreation and entertainment, hospitality, toxic tort and premise liability. She applies skills in deposition, oral argument, negotiation, writing and legal research to achieve optimal results for her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Eve was awarded the prestigious post-graduate legal fellowship with the NYC Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment where she honed her research and legal writing skills. She then expanded upon these at a New York plaintiff’s personal injury firm drafting pleadings and motion papers, conducting depositions, discovery and court appearances.
Eve earned her J.D. from the Brooklyn Law School with a distinction in intellectual property, media and information law. During law school, she interned for a number of notable litigation firms and luxury/entertainment brands, as well as being an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society, executive board member of the Journal of Law & Policy and Student Bar Association and fellowship recipient of the Trade Secret Institute. She also acted as a student attorney for the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic where she managed a team of 6 students.
Eve holds a B.A. in business management economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
As a California native, Eve enjoys an active lifestyle including spinning, dancing and can regularly be found poolside, lakeside, beachside or tracking down the latest restaurant phenomenon.
