Jasleen Grewal concentrates her practice on toxic tort litigation. She brings extensive trial and private practice experience to drafting pleadings, briefs and settlement agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, she served as an assistant state’s attorney at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Criminal Prosecutions Bureau where she first chaired and oversaw the prosecution of criminal matters. She previously served as a law clerk at various litigation law firms with a focus on technology and data privacy.

She also was a research clerk for the Honorable Clinton Canady III in Michigan’s 30th Circuit Court.

She earned her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law where she received both the Trustee Award and Jurisprudence Achievement Award in basic will drafting. She was on the Board of Advocates and competed in several national moot court competitions throughout law school. She holds an H.B.A. in crime and socio-legal studies, sociology and professional writing and communication from the University of Toronto.

Jasleen is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association.

Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants and traveling.
