Jenna Miller focuses her practice on toxic tort litigation, using her extensive plaintiff-side experience to benefit defense clients. She is adept at all facets of negligence cases, including handling depositions of plaintiffs, defendants and experts, as well as managing discovery and motion practice, drafting complaints and negotiating settlements.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Jenna was an associate at a high-profile Chicago personal injury firm, where she was involved in high-stakes, record-breaking verdicts and settlements. She also served as a law clerk at a civil litigation firm.

Jenna earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law, Technology & Policy and served as a teaching assistant for undergraduate law classes. She holds a B.S. in business administration and management from Marist College.

Throughout her college years she served as executive director of Connecticut Kids Walk for Kids with Cancer, a nonprofit organization raising funds and awareness for pediatric oncology research.

In her free time, Jenna enjoys traveling and volunteering for charitable organizations.
