Jack Naliwajko primarily focuses his legal practice on medical malpractice, toxic tort, and complex commercial litigation. He operates within state and federal courts, skillfully leveraging his strong negotiation, research, oral advocacy, and writing abilities to achieve outstanding outcomes for his clients. Jack brings a depth of business acumen combined with top-tier legal skills, informed by his professional and educational background. He consistently adopts an advanced approach to resolve intricate legal issues and secure results.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Jack worked in medical malpractice and nursing home defense at a Chicago firm. He has also worked in the insurance and medical fields, which equips Jack with a deep understanding of insurance intricacies and dispute resolution as well as providing him with invaluable insights that enhance his legal acumen when addressing complex commercial litigation cases.

Jack earned his J.D. from University of Illinois Chicago, School of Law achieving Dean’s List Honors. While in law school, Jack worked in a multitude of internships and clerkships, including in-house, commercial litigation, and at the National Council on Disability in Washington D.C.

Jack holds a B.A. in Business from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. He has had managerial and supervisory positions at multiple corporations.
