Kelly Glish defends companies in workers’ compensation, Michigan No-Fault Act, auto negligence, homeowner association disputes and contract litigation matters.

Kelly serves as local counsel for insurance carriers nationwide as well as for companies in personal injury and liability litigation. She draws on her extensive legal experience, which includes premises liability, criminal defense, landlord-tenant disputes, plaintiff’s personal injury and heath care insurance subrogation, to design individually tailored defenses to complex claims.

Earlier in her career, Kelly worked as an associate attorney at an insurance defense litigation firm and as an asset recovery attorney for a subrogation entity. Her range of work experience gives her a unique perspective in developing top-notch defenses for her national client base.

After obtaining her J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2013, Kelly began her career at a general practice firm in Naperville, Illinois, where she successfully litigated various civil and criminal matters. Notably, her litigation experience began before she graduated law school when she rendered legal services for the Cook County Public Defender’s Office in Illinois with a 711 License.
