Laura Tull is a seasoned litigator devoting her practice to the defense of medical malpractice claims and other complex civil litigation, including the defense of general liability, auto, product liability, construction, employment and defamation matters.
Additionally, Laura has extensive experience representing healthcare professionals, medical institutions, major hospital systems in a variety of specialty areas including general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, cardiac surgery, orthopedic surgery, emergency medicine, critical care, dentistry/oral surgery, infectious disease, vascular medicine and surgery, anesthesia, radiology, oncology, urology, neurology, neurosurgery, interventional procedures, GI medicine, internal medicine, family medicine and pediatrics. She has also defended numerous long-term care and assisted living facilities against claims of falls, pressure ulcers, infections and delay in diagnosis and treatment.
Prior to joining the firm, Laura served as a partner at an established regional litigation firm where she acted as monitoring counsel locally in Pennsylvania, nationally and internationally in a range of personal injury matters where catastrophic damages were alleged, including product liability and construction claims. She has also served as an associate and as of counsel for a number of defense litigation firms in the North East.
Laura earned her J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law where she was an Academic Merit Scholar and was active in the Hunter Moot Court. She holds a B.A. in English literature with high honors from Rutgers University. Prior to law school, she worked as a newspaper reporter.
