Lauren Weber concentrates her practice in products liability, toxic tort and asbestos litigation. She is adept at all facets of litigation, including handling depositions, managing discovery, motion practice, drafting responsive pleadings and negotiating settlements. Her experience in alternative dispute resolution informs her unique perspective and approach to her work.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren served as an associate for a boutique civil litigation and insurance defense firm where she focused her practice on workers compensation and civil insurance defense. While in law school, she served as a law clerk for a Chicago criminal defense firm and as a 711 student attorney for her school’s Fair Housing Legal Clinic.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Lauren earned Dean’s list honors each semester. She was an Associate Justice on the Moot Court Honors Board and a member of the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Council. As such, she competed in numerous moot court and alternative dispute resolution competitions and was appointed Head Teacher’s Assistant for the lawyering skills writing and oral advocacy program.

Lauren holds a B.A. in English pre-law and philosophy from Ohio University. She was a dancer with the Ohio University Dance Team and an active member of the Pre-Law society. 

Lauren lives in Logan Square with her fiancé and two dogs—Stevie Nicks and Joan Jett. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to concerts and tending to her houseplants.
