Leah Blair concentrates her practice in the areas of first and third-party insurance defense. She applies experience in drafting and discovery to achieve optimal results for her clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Leah served as an associate for a litigation firm handling a variety of insurance coverage and bad faith claims. She also handled cases defending products liability, transportation and premises claims, along with several real estate disputes.

Leah earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she was a member of the Student Bar Association and Houston Young Lawyers Association. She also served as president of the University of Texas Exes, and as vice president of the Jewish Law Student Association. In addition, Leah competed in several mock trial competitions across the country as a member of South Texas’s Advocacy Program. While a law student, Leah studied abroad in Prague, Czech Republic, taking Courses in Global Lawyering and Cross-Cultural Negotiations and Dispute Resolutions.

Leah holds a B.A. in sociology with honors, and a minor in history from the University of Texas at Austin, summa cum laude. Leah was also a member of the Order of Omega Honors Society. While an undergraduate, she was a legislative intern at the Capitol, serving the Texas House of Representatives.
