Mallorie Milord focuses her practice on civil litigation, managing a wide array of cases from the initial claim through trial or settlement. She is adept at analyzing the facts of each case to develop effective defense strategies, draft substantive motions, and oversee discovery processes. Mallorie frequently represents clients in depositions, mediations, and court appearances, and ensures that cases are trial-ready in accordance with court deadlines. With a focus on efficiency and strong litigation tactics, she consistently delivers favorable outcomes for her clients while navigating complex legal matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mallorie served as an associate for a national litigation firm, where she provided comprehensive litigation plans, led mediations, and took and defended depositions for high-stakes cases. Her prior experience also includes working as a contract attorney, where she reviewed and assessed commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, Mallorie honed her litigation skills at a Southeastern regional firm and as a litigation and appellate attorney.

Mallorie earned her J.D. from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. While in law school, Mallorie served as a legal intern for the Boca Raton Regional Hospital and as an intern for the Honorable Judge Raag Singhai for the Broward County Courthouse, Central Wing.  

She holds a B.A. in management information systems from Florida International University.

Mallorie is an avid reader and enjoys staying active through running and fitness courses.
