Nancy S. Ferguson

Nancy Ferguson concentrates her practice in the areas of product liability, premises liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation. She serves as chair of the firm’s Chicago Hiring Committee and is a member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

She earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington. She holds a B.S. in economics from Vanderbilt University.

Nancy lives in Chicago with her husband and two children. Outside of the legal arena, Nancy volunteers extensively with the Alzheimer’s Association, a cause which is very personal to her family. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and is a member of the newly formed women’s initiative Illinois Women Conquer ALZ.
