Nathaniel Siytangco concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, first party insurance defense, premises liability, transportation, construction litigation and counseling.

Clients turn to Nathaniel for his skills in effectively managing communications with all parties involved in the litigation process and his ability to provide creative solutions to complex legal issues.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Nathaniel worked as an associate attorney for a Texas litigation firm where he honed his skills in preparing and drafting discovery and drafting motions, as well as arguing and advocating for his clients in court. He litigated a multitude of civil suits, including car accident, slip and fall, wrongful death and breach of contract cases.  Nathaniel also represented residential homeowners, business owners and ordinary consumers in Deceptive Trade Practice Act lawsuits. He also handled first-party bad faith claims in federal court.

Nathaniel earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston. Nathaniel was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship Award and earned the CALI Award in both Transactional Skills Corporate and Corporate and White Collar Crime. While in law school, he was an active member of the South Texas Oil and Gas Society and worked as a law clerk in a transactional energy law firm where he assisted in the preparation of title opinions for oil and gas companies.

Nathaniel holds a B.A. in political science, summa cum laude, and a minor in philosophy from the University of St. Thomas. Nathaniel was captain of the mock trial team and an active member in the National Political Science Honor Society, as well as the International Honor Society in Philosophy.

 In his free time, Nathaniel enjoys drawing and painting portraits.
