Nathaniel concentrates his practice on product liability, toxic torts and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience working with clients through all phases of litigation, including developing case theories, conducting investigations, drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, negotiating settlements and advocating for clients in the courtroom.

His clients know that Nathaniel brings a unique perspective and set of abilities to his work, resulting in proven and effective results in his litigation practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Nathaniel served as a staff attorney for the New York Legal Assistance Group. He has also served as a staff attorney for the Queens Defenders. During law school, he was a research assistant for the National Center for Access to Justice and served as a legal intern for the Legal Aid Society and the New York State Attorney General. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Martin Marcus of the Bronx County Supreme Court Criminal Term.

Nathaniel earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he earned the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award magna cum laude, the Fordham Law Merit Scholarship and was a Pro Bono Scholar. He also participated in the Honorable Kevin Quaranta Public Service Summer Fellowship and served as co-president of the YouthLaw Student Group. 

Nathaniel holds a B.A. in rhetoric, with a concentration in film and media studies as well as a minor in music from Bates College where he received Phi Beta Kappa honors.

Outside of the office, Nathaniel enjoys spending time with family, as well as finding the next great film, television series or music artist.
