Preandra Landrum concentrates her practice in the areas of asbestos litigation, products liability and toxic tort/hazardous substance defense. She is adept at drafting motions and skillfully negotiating to secure optimal results for her clients. Additionally, she has extensive experience in guiding clients through all stages of litigation, from initial discovery to trials and settlements, with a focus on complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including business torts and breach of contract consumer protection.

Prior to joining the firm, Preandra served as litigation associate and lead defense counsel for a “big three” national credit reporting agency involving Fair Credit Reporting Act compliance across multiple federal district courts. There, she gained invaluable experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, responding to discovery, conducting settlement conferences and extensive legal research to build the strongest possible case for her clients. She also served as a tax resolution attorney and prior to her career in law, served as a family case manager & youth connections specialist.

Preandra earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and was an Indiana Conference for Legal Education Opportunity Fellow. While in law school, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable James Kirsch, a legal intern for Duke Energy and a student trainee legal intern for the United States Customs and Border Protection.

Preandra also holds an M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.A. in psychology from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.

Outside of work, Preandra enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
