Rebecca Pitts brings a wealth of legal experience, demonstrating her prowess across multiple facets of the legal field. She focuses her practice on defending clients in state and federal courts, providing sound legal advice, and strengthening client communication and comprehension of complex legal matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca served as field counsel for a Texas insurance defense firm. She gained additional experience as an attorney for a variety of Texas firms and as the founder of her own firm, where she advised clients on estate planning.

In addition, Rebecca has served as a senior fiduciary administrator for a prominent banking institution and as a bench book editor/reviewer for the Texas Center for the Judiciary which underscores her ability to make well-informed judgments and collaborate with clients to address intricate matters.

Rebecca earned her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law and a certificate in building trial skills from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. She holds a B.A. in English from Harding University.

Rebecca lives in Austin with her dog Bertie. She enjoys time with friends, opera, and watching baseball.
