Russell Baker focuses his practice on toxic tort and complex commercial litigation. He is experienced in all stages of litigation, from initial filing through trial.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, he worked as an associate attorney defending Fortune 500 companies for a litigation firm in Edwardsville, Illinois.

Russell earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he received the Vincent C. Immel Scholarship, was a member of the Student Legal Writers Association and served as an SLU Law student mentor. He holds a B.A. in political science with a minor in English literature from Knox College, where he earned dean’s list honors and played varsity basketball.

Russell is an Eagle Scout and involved in several charitable activities. He enjoys playing basketball, hunting down the country’s best BBQ and seeing how high he can safely throw his daughter in the air.
