Samantha Ososki concentrates her practice in first-party insurance defense and general litigation. She uses her experience in negotiating claims, conducting legal research and writing, reviewing discovery and drafting legal documents to obtain the best possible results.
Prior to joining the firm, Samantha worked as a recovery attorney at a health insurance subrogation vendor negotiating favorable liens for her clients.
Samantha earned her J.D. from Valparaiso University Law School, where she earned honors in constitutional law, criminal law clinic and pre-trial skills. She holds a B.A. in criminal justice from Florida International University.
Samantha lives in Detroit with her husband, son, daughter and dog Millie.
Professional & Civic Involvement
- Samantha is a committed advocate for those without access to legal resources. As a volunteer for the Pope Francis Center legal clinic, she counsels and represents homeless and indigent individuals in Detroit regarding various legal matters.
