Shannon Joyce concentrates her practice on insurance defense litigation with experience in Michigan No-Fault matters. Shannon provides a strong foundation in legal research, motion practice, client advocacy and trial preparation.

Prior to joining the firm, Shannon served as an associate at a regional insurance defense firm in Michigan where she gained extensive experience in Michigan No-Fault cases. Her responsibilities included drafting motions, briefs and pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing settlement materials and assisting with trial preparation.

Shannon earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she received a Dean’s Scholarship, a Book Award in the Advanced Environmental Law Clinic and was named to the Dean’s List. She holds a B.A., cum laude, in political science from Oakland University, where she was a member of the Nu Omega chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha, a national political science honor society.
