Shawn Green concentrates his practice on premises liability, business litigation, labor law claims and sports, recreation and entertainment, including advising a number of New York professional sports teams and U.S. Olympic athletes.

He has extensive experience conducting depositions, drafting both discovery and dispositive motions, appearing for court conferences and arguing motions and appeals.

Earlier in his career, Shawn worked as an associate at a litigation defense firm focusing on sports, recreation and entertainment matters. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Frederick D.R. Sampson of the Queens Supreme Court and as an intern for the Queens County District Attorney’s Office in the Domestic Violence Bureau. Additionally, he interned for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in the General Trial Bureau and worked for the National Basketball Coaches Association.

Shawn has a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he earned the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Cardozo Honor Society, Sports Law Society, Intellectual Property Law Society and was on the executive board of the Business Law Society. He holds a degree in business administration from Emory University.
