Thomas Wright focuses his practice on general liability and violations of the New York Labor Law. His experience includes all facets of civil litigation including advocating before the court, written discovery, conducting and defending depositions, motion practice, appeals, jury selection, trial preparation, alternative dispute resolution and negotiating settlements.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Thomas worked as an associate at multiple insurance defense litigation firms and defended multinational corporations, small businesses, sole proprietorships and individuals, defending the interests of insureds in general negligence matters and violations of the New York Labor Law.

Thomas received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he earned the CALI Award in arbitration. He holds a B.A. in political science from Saint Michael’s College.

When not at work, Thomas enjoys, golf, hiking, camping and his dogs Bear and Scout.
