Troy Pacella focuses his practice in construction litigation, premises liability and sports, recreation and entertainment. He utilizes his legal research, drafting and case management skills to achieve positive results for his clients.

Troy believes that providing personalized attention to each client’s unique needs and goals is an essential aspect of practicing law. His legal knowledge and personal attention have enabled him to achieve positive outcomes for his clients in a variety of legal matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Troy served as a summer associate at a litigation firm in New York City where he developed his skills in legal research and drafting briefs, pleadings and appeals for personal injury matters.

Troy earned his J.D. from the Touro Law Center. During law school, he worked at both the Touro Law Center Landlord Tenant Mediation Clinic and the Touro Law Center Bankruptcy Clinic gaining real-world skills in client relations and mediation. He holds a B.A. in economics from The University of Albany ­– SUNY.
