Vivian Noyd concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage and first-party insurance defense litigation in state and federal courts across Texas.

Prior to joining the firm, Vivian worked for both a Plaintiff and Defense firm, honing her interest in insurance litigation and developing valuable insight into effective case management. While in law school, Vivian also interned with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas for the Honorable Alan D Albright, gaining valuable experience in legal research, federal judicial procedure and legal writing

Vivian earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Baylor Law School. During law school, she was an active participant in Baylor’s advocacy program, a member of the Baylor Barristers, and competed on the national level in both moot court and mock trial, winning the 2023 Tournament of Champions National Mock Trial Competition. In addition to her participation in advocacy, Vivian was an Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review and worked as a research assistant for various legal writing courses, including appellate, litigation, and transactional drafting courses. 

Vivian holds dual degrees from Texas Christian University, including a B.S. in strategic communication and a B.S. in youth advocacy and educational studies.

Outside of work, Vivian enjoys live music, spending time outside, and exploring Austin.
