Zohair Alam concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate/business litigation, complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith and premises liability. He has advised clients on complex legal issues regarding real estate agreements, including leases, notices to terminate and Fair Housing Act compliance.

In addition, Zohair has experience working with clients on professional services, software licensing, IT services and non-disclosure agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Zohair served as an associate for a real estate litigation firm. While attending law school he served as law clerk and legal intern for a number of Houston litigation firms and served as a judicial intern for the 270th Civil District Court.

Zohair earned his J.D. from the South Texas College of Law Houston where he was a Presidential Fellow and participated in mock trial.

Zohair holds a B.A. in marketing, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston.

In his free time, Zohair enjoys traveling.
