Amanda Fornwalt focuses her practice on civil litigation, catastrophic injury, habitability claims, employment matters, and business law. She leads the firm’s habitability practice group and has extensive experience resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration and litigation. Amanda works closely with clients to achieve positive outcomes for her clients, prioritizing risk mitigation, strategic compliance, and efficient resolution.

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda was a Partner at Chapman Glucksman, a full-service California litigation firm. Earlier in her career, she worked in a national defense firm and also operated her own practice advising small business owners on risk mitigation, litigation, and transactional matters related to compliance, asset protection, risk management and corporate acquisitions.

Amanda earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she completed a summer study abroad program at Oxford University and earned a certificate in international law. She holds a B.A. in political science from the University of California at Irvine, where she was on the Dean’s Honor List and a member of the Alpha Gamma Sigma honor society.

Amanda is dedicated to her dogs and is a regular participant in half marathons.
