Christine (“C.C.”) Traina dedicates her practice to representing insurance companies in complex liability coverage disputes. She advises insurers in evaluating third-party claims under various insurance policies, including commercial general liability, business auto, professional liability, environmental liability, homeowners, umbrella and excess liability, as well as others.
C.C. also represents insurers in coverage matters in state in federal court involving construction defects, bodily injury, property damage, personal and advertising injury, professional liability, priority of coverage, and uninsured/underinsured motorists claims, among other insurance-related disputes.
Prior to moving to Tampa, C.C. was the managing partner in a boutique commercial litigation and transactional practice in Coconut Creek, Florida.
She graduated cum laude with honors from the University of Florida with a B.A. in economics and obtained her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in Miami, Florida. In law school she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jacqueline Hogan Scola in the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County.
C.C. lives in Tampa, Florida, with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading mystery novels, and getting exercise with her dog.
