Clare E. Moran

Clare Moran concentrates her practice on construction litigation. She represents clients through all phases of litigation and resolution, including written discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, settlement negotiations, and arbitrations.

Prior to joining the firm, Clare served as an associate with several California litigation firms, where her practice focused on construction, general liability and employment litigation. Clare earned her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where she served on the board of the UC Law Journal. She received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Clare lives in San Diego, where she enjoys rowing on Mission Bay and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Red.
