Dana Enyart focuses her practice on personal injury and insurance defense litigation, including matters involving motor vehicle collisions, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, habitability, and premises liability. She has extensive experience managing cases through all stages of litigation and is known for her client-focused and efficient approach to dispute resolution.

Dana’s client- focused approach combines proactive and strategic analysis with vigorous advocacy as she guides clients through every stage of litigation with clear communication and practical solutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Dana served as senior counsel at Chapman Glucksman, a California litigation firm, where she gained substantial experience as a civil defense attorney in a wide array of personal injury and insurance defense matters. Her consistent focus in this area has equipped her with the skills, judgement, and legal knowledge necessary to provide clients with effective, results-driven strategies.

Dana earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she was a member of the Civil Litigation Concentration Program. She holds a B.A. in philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles. She was selected as a Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates upon graduation from law school.

Dana was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She is a musician and animal advocate. In her free time, she enjoys singing, and playing ukulele and acoustic guitar.
