Eduardo Osorio concentrates his practice on general liability, construction defect and habitability matters. His background also includes insurance bad faith litigation in first party property claims. Eduardo brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to litigation and has experience supporting clients through all phases of case development and resolution. He draws on this experience to identify practical and cost-effective solutions for his clients

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Eduardo practiced at Chapman Glucksman, a California litigation firm. He also previously served as a judicial extern in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Eduardo earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he was a member of the King Hall Immigration Clinic. He holds a B.A., cum laude, in philosophy from the University of Southern California.

Eduardo lives in Los Angeles with his wife, children and two dogs.  In his free time, Eduardo enjoys spending time outdoors in the number of open spaces Southern California has to offer.
