Evan Martin focuses his practice on construction law, representing general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, materials suppliers and property owners in complex litigation. He is known for delivering strategic advocacy and crafting persuasive legal arguments that reflect his clients’ business needs and risk profiles.

Before joining Segal McCambridge, Evan practiced at Chapman Glucksman, a full-service California litigation firm, where he gained experience handling construction-related disputes across multiple parties and disciplines. He also served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas and was a senior editor of the Texas Environmental Law Journal during law school.

Evan earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Southern California, where he was named to the Dean’s Honor List.
