Gregg Lytle brings over 15 years of trial experience to his practice, with a primary focus on defending national long-term health care providers and handling claims of employment discrimination and wage and hour law violations nationwide. He has a successful track record defending employers in federal courts, including managing multiple class actions.

His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of legal areas, including healthcare, medical malpractice, personal injury, general liability, commercial and business litigation, premises liability, construction defect, employment litigation and professional malpractice defense. Gregg also represents insurers in subrogation actions involving property damage, automobile accidents, construction and other claims.

With extensive experience defending various medical specialties and related issues, Gregg employs rigorous defense strategies and conducts depositions of treating physicians and experts across diverse fields such as neurosurgery, OB/GYN, orthopedic surgery, nursing, pulmonology, neurology, dentistry, toxicology, accident reconstruction, engineering and economics.

Prior to joining the firm, Gregg served as a Shareholder at a full-service national firm. He also held roles as the office managing partner at the largest minority and women-owned law firm in the country, a name partner at an Oklahoma-based complex litigation firm and practiced as an attorney in Dallas.

Gregg earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and holds a B.S. from Oklahoma State University.
