Mark Dove focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on defending developers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect matters. He also has experience handling general civil litigation, products and premises liability, medical malpractice and elder abuse claims. Mark has represented clients in trial and arbitration across multiple California counties and has participated in hundreds of settlement conferences and mediations, consistently securing favorable outcomes.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark was a partner at Chapman Glucksman, a west coast civil litigation firm and, prior to that served as Senior Trial Counsel at a California litigation firm. He is a retired U.S. Marine who served in both Operation Desert Shield/Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom. His final military assignment as the Reserve Staff Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Legal Assistance Office at Camp Pendleton provided him experience with matters involving the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) and Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).

Mark earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and holds a B.A. in criminology and political science from Central Connecticut State University.

Mark lives in Orange County with his wife.  He is the father of four adult daughters.  In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, camping, hunting, weightlifting and restoring classic vehicles.
