Paige Poupart concentrates her practice on civil litigation, including warranty and other high-exposure defense matters, as well as complex commercial litigation. She represents clients in a wide range of disputes and regularly appears in state and federal courts. Paige’s practice includes drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and handling all phases of litigation through resolution.
Paige has experience representing clients in warranty, premises and habitability-related matters, where she works closely with clients to develop case strategy, evaluate risk, and efficiently resolve disputes. She provides practical, results-driven guidance and is known for her ability to manage high-volume caseloads while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness.
Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Paige focused her practice on bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation, representing secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, including Subchapter V and single asset real estate cases, and Chapter 12 proceedings. She has extensive experience advocating for financial institutions, private lenders and loan servicers in high-stakes restructuring and creditor rights matters. Her work included drafting and arguing dispositive motions, adversary complaints, objections to exemptions, and motions for relief from stay, as well as litigating breach of contract and fraudulent conveyance claims.
Paige earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of Gender, Social Policy and the Law and served as a research assistant to Dean Camille Nelson. She holds a B.A. in political science from Elon University.
Paige is based on the East Coast and maintains strong ties to Los Angeles. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new places with her dog, Katara.

Representative Matters
- Represented a secured creditor in a complex, jointly administered Chapter 11 case involving multiple affiliated debtors and guarantors tied to a large commercial real estate portfolio. Prepared and filed proofs of claim, conducted the meeting of creditors, and supported litigation strategy through research and drafting related to motions for relief from stay and fraudulent transfer claims, including coordination of related state court actions.
- Represented a creditor in a complex, jointly administered bankruptcy proceeding involving multiple affiliated debtors and issues arising under the Packers and Stockyards Act (PACA/PASA). Conducted legal research regarding trust protections and creditor rights, prepared and filed proofs of claim, and examined debtors at the meeting of creditors. Drafted client advisories and supported litigation strategy related to dischargeability and exemption issues, including preparation of complaints under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523 and 727 arising from alleged asset concealment and fraudulent conduct.
- Represented a national grocery retailer in an unlawful detainer action involving a commercial tenant holdover and alter ego liability issues. Conducted legal research, drafted pleadings and motion papers, and successfully secured eviction and recovery of damages on behalf of the client.
