Sean Kowalski concentrates his practice on civil litigation and corporate law with experience in commercial disputes, personal injury defense, corporate and transactional matters. He assists clients across a range of industries by developing strategies tailored to efficiently resolve complex legal issues, with a focus on delivering practical results through research, negotiation and motion practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Sean was an associate at a regional litigation firm where he handled a variety of civil matters and supported litigation teams across business and tort cases. He also worked extensively on general corporate and transactional matters. Additionally, he previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas P. Rogers in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas and worked in the creator economy as a talent manager representing content creators in the digital media and gaming space.

Sean earned his J.D. from Delaware Law School in 2022, where he served as President of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Society and Founder/President of the Esports and Gaming Law Society. He also received the Outstanding Student Service Award.

Sean holds a B.A. in political science from Gettysburg College in 2018, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team.

Sean lives in Philadelphia and enjoys attending Philadelphia sports events and concerts. He is an avid golfer and loves to spend time at the Jersey shore during the summers.
