Wayne Graver concentrates his practice in product liability, premises liability, insurance defense, commercial litigation and employment law. A seasoned trial attorney, Wayne has tried 58 jury trials to verdict and regularly defends Fortune 500 companies, international manufacturers and national insurers in complex, high-stakes litigation.

With over 40 years of litigation experience, Wayne has served as national counsel, regional coordinating counsel and lead trial counsel across a range of industries. His experience includes representing a global security and safety products manufacturer in hundreds of product liability claims, defending a foreign pharmaceutical company in nationwide stroke-related multidistrict litigation with no settlements or adverse verdicts, and serving as regional coordinating counsel for a national client in a nine-state territory. Wayne also previously acted as national counsel for a major automotive manufacturer in a defined class of cases.

Wayne has secured 49 defense verdicts in product liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, employment discrimination and commercial matters. His trial record includes defense verdicts in cases involving allegations of crashworthiness, electrocution, brain injury and negligent design. He has also successfully defended corporate clients in age and gender discrimination trials and employee termination disputes.

Wayne earned his J.D. from Temple University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Wayne, recently widowed, lives in Philadelphia and is an avid sports fan with a special place in his heart for the Phillies and the Eagles.
