Zachary Fulton concentrates his practice on complex litigation matters with experience supporting attorneys in legal research, drafting motions and trial preparation. He has assisted with case strategy by preparing briefs, memoranda of law and pleadings, and has gained courtroom experience analyzing jury dynamics and responding to urgent research needs during trial.

Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Zachary served as a law clerk at Segal McCambridge’s Fort Lauderdale office, where he supported attorneys in motion practice and trial preparation. He also externed with the Alachua County Clerk of Court, where he worked with the general counsel’s office on both ministerial and discretionary functions of the court. His additional experience includes an internship with a Washington, DC actuarial consulting firm, where he contributed to a pension system modernization project, and several academic roles at the University of Miami, where he assisted faculty and students with research, instruction and technical analysis.

Zachary earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a general editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy, received CALI Book Awards in Florida Civil Procedure and Professional Responsibility, and served as a section representative for the Air, Space and Ocean Club. He holds a B.S., cum laude, in computer science, applied physics, and computational mathematics from the University of Miami, where he was president of the Club Volleyball team.

Zachary lives in Fort Lauderdale with his two cats, Link and Zelda. He enjoys cooking, beach volleyball, and watching college football.
