Firm Founder and Chicago Shareholder Jeff Singer will speak at the upcoming Product Liability Advisory Conference being held April 19-21st in Las Vegas. The Conference is sponsored by the Product Liability Advisory Council. His presentation will take place on April 20th an will focus on defending medical device product liability claims. Specifically, he will speak to the admissibility at trial of the FDA's clearance to market a new medical device as defense evidence.
