Segal McCambridge Donates $10K to Jason Kennedy Memorial Fund

Segal McCambridge announced today that the firm will make a $10,000 donation to the Jason Lorne Kennedy Memorial Fund in honor of friend, colleague and partner Jason Kennedy, who passed in 2020.

The memorial fund awards a college scholarship each year to a cross country team member at Jason’s alma matter Bloomington South High School in Bloomington, Indiana, where he was a highly accomplished runner. After graduation, he continued as an avid fan and generous financial supporter of the school’s athletic program.

Jason joined Segal McCambridge directly from law school in 1996. He proudly served as a zealous advocate for his clients and the community. He was also active in the growth of the firm, serving for many years on the Executive Committee and as chair of the firm’s Toxic Tort practice group.

“Jason continues to be on our minds and in our hearts. His dedication and loyalty to those around him are what made him stand apart, and we are proud to support his legacy with this donation to the school and program that meant so much to him,” said Managing Shareholder Mark Crane.
