Segal McCambridge Expands with New Office in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Segal McCambridge is pleased to announce the opening of its office in Tulsa, Oklahoma, marking the firm’s continued expansion across the United States. The Tulsa office, located at 6666 S. Sheridan Road, Suite 230, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74133, will be led by Shareholder Gregg J. Lytle.

With over 15 years of trial experience, Lytle brings extensive expertise in defending national long-term healthcare providers and handling complex litigation involving employment discrimination, wage and hour law violations, and other related matters. He has successfully represented clients in federal courts nationwide, including the defense of multiple class actions.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Lytle served as a partner at a national business law firm, where he focused on healthcare, medical malpractice, employment, personal injury, general liability, commercial and business litigation, premises liability and professional malpractice defense. He also worked at a national litigation law firm, serving as the Tulsa Office Managing Partner and previously as a partner at their Dallas, Texas, office.

Lytle is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, and the Colorado Bar Association, and is actively involved in professional organizations, including the LTC Forum, the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), and the Defense Research Institute (DRI). He earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and his undergraduate degree in management from Oklahoma State University. He has been listed in Oklahoma’s Super Lawyers® Rising Star listing since 2010. In 2017, he was named a Texas Super Lawyers® Rising Star in Medical Malpractice Defense.
