Aidan McNally focuses his practice on asbestos, commercial litigation, premises liability and product liability matters. He has experience working on complex civil litigation in federal court, including drafting legal opinions, bench memoranda and jury instructions and contributing to trial preparation. Aidan brings strong legal research and writing skills and has worked on both plaintiff and defense-side matters.

In addition, Aidan brings experience from federal court and litigation-focused roles, where he developed strong research and writing skills in both civil and criminal matters. His background includes drafting legal opinions, bench memoranda and jury instructions, preparing sentencing submissions and dispositive motions and assisting with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Aidan served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Malachy E. Mannion in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He also gained experience with a plaintiff litigation firm, a federal criminal defense firm, a regional civil defense firm and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Aidan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he ranked in the top 15% of his class. He also completed an International and European Business Law Program at Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, Spain. He holds a B.S., cum laude, in political science from The University of Scranton, where he was captain of the wrestling team.

Aidan spends his free time in the kitchen and on the golf course. He is always looking for new hobbies to learn.
