Alec Josepher concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability and professional liability. He skillfully handles cases throughout the entire litigation process, prioritizing his clients’ needs. Alec maintains regular communication with his clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of each stage of litigation, as he believes this approach yields the most favorable results.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Alec worked for a boutique law firm in Tampa where he worked primarily in medical malpractice defense. He quickly gained valuable trial experience, showcasing his ability to pick a favorable jury, draft motions and formulate trial strategy.

Alec earned his J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, he received both the Victor O. Wehle Award for trial advocacy and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. He holds a B.A. in economics from Emory University. While at Emory, Alec served as the captain of the Varsity Men’s Tennis Team and started for the 2017 NCAA National Championship Team.

Outside of work, Alec enjoys playing pickleball, tennis, golf and cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
