Andrew Roman concentrates his practice on civil litigation, with a focus on toxic tort matters. He supports attorneys through legal research, drafting motions and pleadings and managing discovery and deposition preparation in complex, multi-defendant cases, while also contributing to overall case development.

In addition, Andrew reviews deposition testimony and medical records, organizes case materials and prepares internal case summaries to support case strategy. He is involved in dispositive motion practice and helps guide matters through pretrial proceedings.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Andrew practiced as a commercial litigation attorney, working on matters involving contract disputes, motion practice and case management. He previously served as a law clerk with a Chicago-based litigation practice, where he drafted motions, conducted legal research and assisted attorneys with trial preparation. Earlier in his career, Andrew held internships with advocacy and political campaigns, including a presidential campaign, where he supported digital communications, data analysis, volunteer coordination and public outreach efforts.

Andrew lives in Chicago and enjoys playing tennis and exploring the city.
