Ansh Khullar concentrates his practice in insurance litigation, defending insurers in matters involving coverage disputes, statutory claims and liability issues. His experience includes evaluating complex legal frameworks, analyzing policy language and developing strategies for early resolution or trial. Ansh works closely with clients to deliver practical solutions that balance litigation risks with business objectives.

Ansh began his work with the firm as a law clerk, supporting attorneys on insurance defense matters involving both first- and third-party claims. He also gained experience at a district attorney’s office, a state administrative agency and a small litigation practice, where he prepared motions, conducted legal research, drafted policy proposals and argued a motion to suppress in court. As a student attorney with the Texas Law Criminal Defense Clinic, he represented clients in misdemeanor matters, securing favorable outcomes through pretrial advocacy and negotiations.

Ansh earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he captained the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, winning national level competitions before competing internationally and defeating multiple national champions in Washington D.C. He holds a B.A. in political science from Trinity University, where he captained one of the top 16 policy debate teams in the nation and received the Baker Duncan Scholarship for Fine Arts and Forensic Achievement.

Ansh lives in Austin with his goldendoodle Jeevan. They both enjoy watching football, exploring Austin’s restaurants, and cooking new recipes.

Ansh is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, and proficient in Spanish.
