Ben Nachimson’s practice focuses on premises liability, habitability and professional liability claims.  His wide range of skills benefits all his clients throughout the various stages of litigation. Ben brings a practical and strategic approach to litigation, informed by his deep experience managing cases from inception through resolution.

Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Ben practiced at Chapman Glucksman, a California litigation firm, where he handled a range of commercial and consumer disputes for institutional clients statewide. Earlier in his career, he was a founding partner of a boutique Los Angeles firm, representing individuals and small businesses in complex business litigation. Ben has also served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Kathleen Lax of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and is a certified mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in that district.

Ben earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and holds a B.A. in English from Yeshiva University.

He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
