Catherine Brunermer focuses her practice on product liability and toxic tort matters. She defends manufacturers of products such as respiratory protective equipment, automotive components and electronics, as well as national distributors, in complex litigation. Catherine works closely with her clients to develop effective defense strategies designed to resolve claims efficiently and mitigate risk.
Prior to joining the firm, Catherine served as a shareholder at a regional litigation firm, where she concentrated her practice on product liability and toxic tort litigation. She represented industrial and consumer product manufacturers in defending lawsuits across these areas in state and federal courts.
Catherine earned her J.D., cum laude, from Drexel University School of Law. She received her B.S. in crime, law and justice with an emphasis on forensic science from Penn State University.
Catherine lives in Philadelphia with her senior dog Ethel. She is an avid baseball and football fan, and she is always on the hunt for her next cookie recipe.
